For Ground and Air Shipments:

When shipping product(s) susceptible to freezing, you, the customer, assume COMPLETE responsibility if the product(s) freeze after departing the Pave Tool Innovators distribution center. This entails no acceptance of returns or issuing of refunds or credits for said product(s) ordered or shipping costs.

The Pave Tool Innovators distribution center is located in Vernon, Connecticut and experiences freezing temperatures between the months of October and April.

For Delayed Shipments:

If there is a freeze concern, you may order by phone and work with one of our trusted representatives to delay your shipment until climate permits safe shipping temperatures.
