Great Customer Service

Ordered a replacement pad and the crew installed it - the one corner hole tore out from the pad, the crew was certain they had the pad on tight. Spoke with Phil and we submitted photos of the damaged pad and pave tool immediately sent out a replacement pad free of charge! Very good customer service and other pads have been used in the past with no issues. Thank you Pave Tool Innovators!

Quick R-Paver Pad

Unfortunately the bolts did not hold the pad - we replaced with stronger bolts - then the pad ripped out of the bolt on the one side. We had a pad similar prior and it all worked okay. This pad has not worked out at all. The crew brought it back yesterday after a very frustrated day trying to get by with it

We are certainly sorry you had an issue - we here at Pave Tool do our best to provide video instruction for all of our tools on our website and YouTube channel and are certainly here for any of our customer concerns Monday - Friday 9-5 Est. Looking at the picture you provided I can see why the Quick-E Paver Pad ripped. The bolt should go through the steel bar that comes with the pad, then through the pad, through the plate compactor base, a large washer, a lock washer, and lastly your nylon bolt. The Quick-E Paver Pad should be sandwiched between the Pave Tool steel bar provided and the plate compactor which eliminates the pressure near the bolt area to eliminate this type of damage.

Paver Pad

A hard to find product for my Mikasa packer. I bolted this one on in under 10 minutes with a cordless drill (new bit) right on my tailgate on the jobsite. It worked as advertised. What I didn't like on my pervious install was when it grabbed a granite chip and would drag it and scratch the pavers. Certainly not a knock on the Quickie Pad just a note of caution from my experience. So far 2 products from Pave Tool and happy with both.
